Having bought and sold properties in the past, I've come to realize that there's often a stark contrast in the level of service one might get from different Agents and agencies. Not since my dealings with Alex was this contrast so apparent. It was obvious from the get-go that Alex prides himself on giving the best, most professional and friendly experience possible. Buying or selling a property is usually a very stressful time, but a lot of that stress was alleviated by my confidence and inspired trust in Alex. His level of competency and initiative were nothing short of exemplary. The property inspection experience was the best I've had to-date. I didn't feel rushed at all, And Alex was very attentive the whole time. He was also very thorough and systematic about the whole process. All the while displaying a high level of professionalism and a great, friendly attitude. Alex was also incredibly responsive. Kept me up-to-date at all times. In fact, all critical information was received from Alex way ahead of my solicitor. For me personally, this aspect is paramount and Alex didn't miss a beat. Alex doesn't just do his job, he excels at it! I would define him as being the "Gold standard" as far as real estate agents go. Couldn't ask for more. Cheers!
