Having bought and sold properties in the past, I've come to realize that there's often a stark contrast in the level of service one might get from different Agents and agencies. In fact, all critical information was received from Alex way ahead of my solicitor. For me personally, this aspect is paramount and Alex didn't miss a beat. Alex doesn't just do his job, he excels at it! I would define him as being the "Gold standard" as far as real estate agents go. Couldn't ask for more. Cheers!
