Alex is a wonderful agent--professional, honest, and highly communicative. If you're selling, you definitely need an agent like Alex who will do his utmost to get you a top price. He's also very respectful of the buyers, clearly communicating every step of the way. Very importantly, he keeps to his words--when he says he will call, he will call. A breadth of fresh air dealing with Alex (even though we may have paid a bit too much). We will not hesitate recommeding Alex to anyone who wish to sell.
We chose to go with Alex because we have previously had good experiences with Cobden and Hayson. Alex's judgements about the market and how the sale might proceed turned out to be accurate. We expected a four-week campaign leading up to auction, but sold at 10 days, at the price we wanted. Alex and his team worked very hard to market the property, assess likely buyers and keep us informed throughout the process.
Alex was excellent to deal with from the initial meeting through to the exchange of our property. He provided valuable insights into the market and was particularly good in helping us to prepare our property for sale. We were very satisfied with the pre-launch marketing activity and felt that prospective buyers were identified and approached prior. Both he and Kate were highly professional and very responsive to every query, suggestion or request. We received detailed feedback after each Open and almost daily calls throughout the campaign. They were a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the Inner West.
We had an excellent experience with Alex and his offsider Kate and he sold our house for a suburb record in a falling market. His attention to detail was faultless, he is an excellent communicator, always in touch and contactable, and generally an all round nice guy. Highly recommended!
Alex is an Agent with a natural ability to be upfront and honest helping us understand the whole process of selling our home. With the great marketing and experience he had some very busy days bringing many groups through from all demographics. He worked late into the evening negotiating our sale and kept us constantly updated. Was a pleasure to have both Alex and Kate sell our home with an amazing outcome in todays Market. Thanks so much.
Alex and Kate worked extremely to attract as many potential buyers to our home of more than 10 years. Given the tough market of early 2022 they were able to get lots of people through the property. Once they established which buyers were serious, they then were tenacious in finding the one that would make an offer that matched our expectations. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Alex and Kate.
Alex and his team were amazing from start to finish. Alex is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date almost daily from the initial conversations, right through to post settlement. Alex coordinated the refresh of our home to make it most appealing to buyers, while keeping the budget appropriate. He has an army of tradies at his disposal who are available to start at short notice and come in and get the job done. Alex was flexible with the campaign - listening to buyer feedback and altering the campaign as needed which helped us achieve our desired outcome. I have not hesitation recommending Alex for anyone considering selling.
Alex and Kate provided a complete service which took all of the potential pain away during the pre-sale, sale and post-sale processes. Theyre both super professional and easy to do business with. Alex knows his stuff when it comes to the discussions and negotiations with potential buyers. Weve used them before and wouldnt hesitate to use them again if the need arose. Highly recommended for sellers or buyers.
Alex was recommended to me by a neighbor. Unlike other agents I'd met, Alex was never pushy, had a lot of great knowledge on the street and took the time to listen to us. Off the bat, I sensed that he was trustworthy and hardworking, which he was. Even after the sale of our house, Alex has remained in contact to offer guidance and advice on buying our next house. Very caring and authentic agent. Highly recommended.
Alex was very knowledgeable in the Leichhardt area and took great care of us during the sale of our property. He knew what would help sell our house and consulted with us on how we can get the best results. It was a stressful time to sell our house but Alex's experience and calmness definitely helped us get a great result.
