"Absolutely Amazing"

Alex was absolutely amazing to deal with. His honesty and integrity was evident from our first phone conversation and the trust just grew as we progressed through the process of me buying a property in Perth (I'm from Sydney).. I had originally planned to fly to Perth to inspect the property myself but he just made the whole process so simple and seamless that I saved myself the trip and had no hesitation proceeding with the purchase site unseen. Alex is always available to answer any questions a buyer might have and he's an absolute asset to any seller. His negotiating skills are amazing. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone selling or buying a home in Perth. 5 stars from me.

I'm from VIC and I contacted Alex late 2023 about a property that I was interested in WA. From that initial interaction, and throughout, I felt that he was open, honest and trustworthy. Alex and the team helped me purchase that property, which was my first property purchase outside of VIC, and they were fabulous throughout the process. The interactions were very friendly, responsive, open and supportive and I highly recommend them to prospective sellers and buyers. Excellent customer service!

Not only did I have an awesome experience buying my property through Alex but I feel like I may have gained a pretty good mate during the whole transaction! Always answering calls or getting back to me promptly, always going above and beyond with my requests before the finalisation of the purchase, and always willing to have a laugh and had a smile on his face every time I saw him, my entire experience with Alex and the team at Porter Matthews was a 10/10 time and Id gladly recommend Alex to anyone wanting to purchase a house through porter matthews! He also orders a pretty delicious burrito for lunch Thanks guys!
