Alice is fantastic. She is well-organized and hardworking. The previous property manager did not lodge the bond voucher which cause us in trouble and Alice is willing to spend more time and effort to help us to get this done. Apart from that, she helped us to get an affordable handyman to do the maintenance which we really appreciate it.
