liv took over our lease from another agency the difference was night and day, from the start she was very rude and didn't seem to understand that a bond agreement is a legal document. Liv was very unprofessional and we ended up leaving early as we just couldn't stand her abrupt tone and manner. Renting/moving house is stressful enough without people ignoring emails, calls and acting entitled. Really didn't seem to like her job or be any good at it as we still get automated emails despite having asked for weeks for them to stop.
