"A great success exceeding my most optimistic expectations!"

Words cannot express my appreciation for the superb manner in which Alon Beran handled the sale of my investment property on the lower north shore. I originally chose Alon to act as my agent because of the very clear and professional way he presented his strategy for the sale and his commitment to open and direct communication throughout the process. Every step of the way, he kept me informed of what was happening and related this back to where we were in our agreed plan. We had previously sold a house with Brent Courtney of McGrath who achieved a great result for us. I asked Brent to recommend a local McGrath agent for our St Leonards apartment and suggested we speak toAlon. I just wanted to make sure that I said a proper thank you for yesterday and for all of your work and efforts over the last few weeks. I am not convinced that yesterday in my absolute amazement as to what had happened I was as articulate as I should have been at the time. Needless to say I am thrilled with the result - thank you for all of your guidance, support, advice and patience over the last few weeks. You did an amazing job. My wife and I used Alon to sell our property in North Sydney and to say we were pleased and impressed with the result would be an understatement.
