Alon's approach to the sale of our properties has been both comprehensive and professional. We greatly appreciated his guidance and close communication throughout. It was invaluable having a team that we could trust and that we knew would work hard to achieve the best possibleoutcomefor us. We are very happy with the results Alon has achieved for us and he certainly has our unreserved recommendation.
Words cannot express my appreciation for the superb manner in which Alon Beran handled the sale of my investment property on the lower north shore. I originally chose Alon to act as my agent because of the very clear and professional way he presented his strategy for the sale and his commitment to open and direct communication throughout the process. Every step of the way, he kept me informed of what was happening and related this back to where we were in our agreed plan. Any questions that arose during the campaign he addressed quickly and with a minimum of fuss. It was clear Alon developed good rapport with the large number of potential buyers and, in the end, the auction was a great success exceeding my most optimistic expectations. I would urge anyone thinking of selling property in the area to speak first with Alon Beran.
We had previously sold a house with Brent Courtney of McGrath who achieved a great result for us. I asked Brent to recommend a local McGrath agent for our St Leonards apartment and suggested we speak toAlon. I chose to use Alon, and McGrath again due to consistency in their proven sales approach across its agencies, the strong McGrath brand and their access to premium buyers in the market. The communication process leading up to, and during the marketing were great, receiving updates after every open for inspection, and more importantly having our sales expectations appropriately managed. In the end, the sale price exceeded our expectations, and the negotiations were handled with unexpected ease, and a distinct lack of stress, achieving a strong result well in advance of the auction. Alon and George have been a pleasure to deal with and have seen the sale proceed right through to settlement without a hitch.
I was very happy with the speed with which my property was sold and at a price above my expectations. This was a result of Alon's exceptional negotiation skills and credibility with buyers.
Alon provided advice and service throughout every step of the selling process. His help in preparing for market and in the actual campaign and negotiation was outstanding. He took responsibility and performed well under pressure to achieve a great result.
I just wanted to make sure that I said a proper thank you for yesterday and for all of your work and efforts over the last few weeks. I am not convinced that yesterday in my absolute amazement as to what had happened I was as articulate as I should have been at the time. Needless to say I am thrilled with the result - thank you for all of your guidance, support, advice and patience over the last few weeks. You did an amazing job. I am still walking around shaking my head this afternoon. Also - thank you for being so very lovely to work with as well. Working with people who are good at their jobs doesn't always come with being easy to work with as well, and I appreciate that in this instance it did.
Alon and George sold our townhouse within 2 weeks of it going on the market for a great price. Alon demonstrated a great ability to communicate both with the vendor and the buyers and was someone we found to be trustworthy and reliable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alon for the sale of their property in the Lower North Shore region.
Alon sold my unit in Crows Nest for an excellent price in a very short period of time. He handled all communication with the tenant to ensure minimal disruption for them, and a stress-free sale for me. I found Alon and his assistant, George, to be professional, pleasant and fun to deal with. Importantly, Alon knew the market and negotiated a great outcome.
My wife and I used Alon to sell our property in North Sydney and to say we were pleased and impressed with the result would be an understatement. From the first consultation, we felt we were in very safe and capable hands. Alon was clear on expectations, explained the strategy he'd be using and was open to our input. The way our campaign unfolded was incredible to watch. Alon's sense of timing with interested parties was impeccable - he knew what to say and when to let things play out in their own time. I have no doubt that his strategy got us at least 60,000 more than we otherwise would have achieved in our sale. While real estate agents have a reputation for being dishonest and even a little sleezy, Alon is the very opposite. He is a true gentleman with impeccable integrity. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.
The process of selling your home can be both difficult and daunting--everyone has a friend or family member with a nightmare story to share. Our agent, Alon Beran with the McGrath Crows Nest agency was a welcome breath of fresh air and was our constant advocate and ally from start until finish. Alon is an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and helped us transform our drab, lived-in place into a genuine delight. He connected us with local area professionals to keep the house revamping project on budget and on time, and potential buyers seemed delighted with the results. Alon is honest, authentic and energised and is a determined negotiator as well. I can not recommend Alon Beran highly enough as an exceptional agent, and I look forward to working with him on future real estate endeavours.
