Alyshia has been fantastic throughout the whole process! Right from the first phone call, she has been professional, courteous, and above all, punctual. Alyshia helped remove the hassle and anxiety from selling my first home, by being highly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Her communication skills are unparalleled, as she was able to explain everything in a manner I could easily understand. I was very impressed with Alyshia's extensive negotiation skills, as she secured me a price well above what I expected. I had several agents through my property, and the two of the things that stood out the most with Alyshia were; she always turned up early, and would return my calls quickly, with me never having to chase her up a second time (important as i work in a very busy industry, and lack the time to chase these things up). Alyshia is extremely honest, upfront, and has been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend contacting Alyshia if you are looking to sell your property. 10/10
