As a new client of professionals I am so pleased to have the opportunity to have Amanda Browne as our property manager.From my first encounter with Amanda has been supportive and understanding. Even though Amanda has just taken over the portfolio from previous agency she was quick to get knowledge about our properties. I was awaiting a VCAT hearing by which was a complex case. Whilst it had been under the previous agency as soon as Amanda has taken over, Amanda arrange a mediation conference by which she was to represent (Landlords) she left me speechless on how professional and knowledge she really is, with a successful outcome Amanda has proven her work ethics go beyond anything that we have ever seen. Amanda is very responsive to her emails. Amanda sure has proven she is manager material, she presents her self well and puts effort into everything she does she sure accomplishes. I highly recommend professionals, to any other clients whom are seeking a trusted agency to look after their propertys this is by the best agency experience weve came across.
