"House Sale"

We were recommended to contact C Square by our broker because we wanted to sell our home. This was our first property and we wanted to ensure that we speak to an agent that understood our attachment and love for this property. For us it was not all about money it was about selling this house to right buyer who will cherish and love the house the same way me and my family did. C Square did just that. Amy was really professional, supportive, caring, and understanding all through our sale process. I believe that a true test of an agent is when things dont really go to plan. This is exactly what happened and we had 2 buyers that had a failed finance and our deadline of selling the property was almost up. Even after I recommended that it might be best that we dont sell, Amy and the C Square team kept trying and comforted us that they will help us till the very end. Their hard work and efforts paid off and we secured a buyer literally within 3 days of someone putting us an offer. I would like to give full Kudos to Amy and the Entire team of C Square for a job well done and I am 101% sure if I need to sell my next house I will reach out to them again.
