Andrea has always been professional, personable and knowledgeable. Her service and communication has been excellent. I cannot fault her in any way. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
A massive thank you to Andrea Dragic, who has provided me with absolutely flawless customer service! Her patience and understanding, in what was required to lease my investment apartment in a very difficult market was very impressive. Her commitment, communication and support was honestly the best I've experienced - and my career is in customer experience! Genuinely impressive customer focus, 10/10. Someone please give this women a raise. Andrea Dragic and her team are a breath of fresh air and work for a quality company which I will recommend to all my friends. Andrew! Satisfied Landlord.
If only I could give a negative star to ANDREA DRAGIC for "drag"ing the chain, letting the rest of the company down by giving them a bad name for poor customer service, extreme greed, acting unfairly and enabling her landlords to breach basic human rights of the tenancy acts terms and conditions. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. The landlord at 2/74 Rhodes Street, Hillsdale had a leaking membrane in the bathroom for years, which was looked at several times and he refused to fix it. In fact, he refused to fix anything apart from changing washers and a few taps. This water damage went on for years causing mould in my daughters room, on her clothes, she has also been unwell due to the mould and when I had an independent tradesman there who could smell the mould; he pulled back the carpet to find a whole family of cockroaches that were attracted to the warm, damp wood of the skirting boards which had also eroded due to water damage. I had no idea cockroaches were attracted to these conditions and wondered why we had a cockroach problem despite my best efforts to remove them. Once I removed the rotten skirting boards, pulled back the carpet, kept it aired and as dry as possible, I never saw another cockroach in the unit. I'm furious with the OWNER and ANDREA for not providing basic human rights and adhering to the tenancy agreement to fix this issue. They're now trying to deny we even told them about it when they came to inspect other issues in the bathroom. So basically, they're willing to lie about it in court, which will no doubt be in the next few weeks once I formalise my complaint with NCAT. Also, the wiring in the garage was as old as the building and when I had an independent electrician view the situation he said there was no earth and that I could electrocute myself with the fridges in the garage. Given the landlord didn't want to pay for anything and Andrea never instructed him to follow the legislation, I fixed it myself based on the fact I could potentially die from electrocution. When I asked to be compensated upon vacating a week's rent being $470 in lieu of 6 hours electrical work, 3 new powerpoints and 2 new fluro lights (much more than $470), the response was a cold and greedy no. That they would see me at the tribunal. I would strongly recommend against anyone doing any leasing business with Andrea, which is a shame because Richard is an amazing sales agent. He just made the wrong decision in choosing ANDREA as his Property Management partner.
