"Best Agent down the coast"
Being in real estate myself, it can sometimes be hard to deal with buyers and understanding their financial situation and having the patience to help them through the process, knowing the property might not sell after weeks of hard work. Andrew did exactly that and more. He was understanding, kind and transparent in his dealings with my mother and l given the initial hurdles with our finances. After 5 weeks we indicated we probably wouldn't be able to get finance, but Andrew was accommodating and helpful in trying to still secure the property for us, which my mum ended up buying. He is a credit to the real estate profession and a breath of fresh air after some dealings we has with other agents in the area. If you want a honest, direct and transparent agent in your corner who won't give up trying to get your property sold in a tough market, speak to Andrew.
