Andrew James and Michel Swainson recently sold our apartment in Glen Iris and we are happy with the result. I thought Andrew James was exceptional in how he handled the whole campaign and auction day for my property. In the future I will seek Andew to sell my next property. He is extremely professional, charismatic, has excellent knowledge of the market and a brilliant auctioneer. Andrew had to work hard on auction day to keep the buyers bidding and motivated. The auction result was excellent thanks to his experience. In addition his team/agencies (the property styling, advertising, copywriting and photography) was outstanding! We had now issues through the campaign. Better than other agents I have worked with.
