We found Andrew a pleasure to deal with. He was highly professional and ethical in his approach, engaging and knowledgeable and, most importantly, keen to hear our thoughts and preferences in regards to the sales process. As such, and in contrast to other agents we spoke to, he was very open to discussing the pros and cons of various selling methods rather than quickly trying to force us down the auction route. In the end, we opted for a private sale and were very pleased with the price outcome. Moreover, we achieved this outcome in early January - a time when the larger auction-focussed agencies and agents were in summer hibernation. In short, we could not have made a better choice in engaging Andrew to sell our home.
From the moment I met with Andrew his knowledge of my area was evident. Having worked in my area for over 10 years, he knew the market very well. His personability and caring nature made dealing with him pleasure. He always kept me updated as to where we were at, who prospect buyers were and the reality of what to expect come auction day. It was a pleasure having Andrew represent me and sell my home and I recommend him very highly.
As we have never sold property before, Andrew helped make this process stress free and easy. His regular communication and subsequent feedback was 'spot on'. His professionalism and knowledge were exceptional. We highly recommend Andrew and the team at Noel Jones Camberwell and will definitely use their services in the future.
Andrew provided us with a great result after a difficult and tricky situation that occurred after a purchaser was not given correct information from their finance broker and the sale fell over. Andrew's advice and patience throughout the whole process ensured we understood what was happening at all times and ended up getting us a better result than when it did fall over. The work Andrew did with potential purchasers meant we ended up having multiple buyers. Andrew handled the situation in a way only someone with 20 years of experience in negotiating could and more than justified our decision to appoint Andrew and Noel Jones to sell our family home.
Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, and made the process of selling my home a (relatively) stress free experience. I would certainly trust his advice with selling any future property. Thanks, Andrew!
Very helpful and creditable
After a thorough review of the local agents, I appointed Andrew Mackintosh to sell our house in Burwood. All all times, Andrew went over and beyond to get us an excellent result at Auction. Having worked in the Burwood area for over 20 years, he had excellent local knowledge and managed the sales process very professionally. Nothing was too difficult and I would certainly recommend him to any other perspective sellers.
