"Highly recommend"
We had our home on the market for a few months in a very slow market and approached Andrew as we had positive dealings with him in the past. With many agents promising rapid results, Andrew was honest with us on the state of the market (demonstrating an accurate understanding of the current position and future likely trends). He also had a very solid plan on how to achieve results and was well and truly able to achieve success in selling our home promptly minimising the stress that getting a home inspection ready with young children brings. Andrew always made time for us in person and over the phone and his communication was faultless. His ability to draw suitable purchasers from far and wide was instrumental in us achieving the result we desired. Andrew turned the selling process from a negative to a positive and cannot recommend him too highly for anyone considering an agent in the Yarra Valley and outer Eastern Suburbs.
