"Smooth Sailing"

Being a property buyer can be a frustrating task, however when you develop a good relationship with an agent, it can take some of the hard work out of it. We met Andrew Gillespie early on in our property search, from then on Andrew had contacted us regularly about properties and organized inspections. Andrew was always accommodating to our needs as a buyer and every time we needed an inspection, he was able to organize straight away. The purchase of our new home was smooth and stress free and we do have Andrew to thank for that. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone selling, as a buyer he went over and above to get the sale and that's the agent I would want if he was selling my house.

Andrew went far and beyond my expectations working hard after hours, weekends to get my property sold, and successfully achieved this just after 3 days on the market! He is a very driven & professional agent with great communication skills. Andrew went above and beyond what an agent would do. I was hesitant to sell and have had bad experiences with agents. Andrew was recommended to me by a beautiful friend, he has also helped her with her property. Andrew is a very courteous and polite person and always smiling. My auction was a scary process for me as I am a single mum, but he gave me the support i needed every step of the way. Always giving feedback after every open and answering every question i had. On Auction Day, Andrew achieved an outstanding price for my house. He has not only sold my property with amazing results but helped find my new home. Within four days, I had purchased a new property! We had a few hiccups along the way and Andrew was always there to rectify any issues that had arose. "Reccomendation"

My father Derek had decided that it was time to sell his home of 28 years at 6 Prince Street Mornington and downsize into a retirement village. No sooner than the decision was made, Daniel Brooker from Harcourt RE timed his cold call perfectly by knocking on the door and introducing himself. A few days later, Dad and I met with Daniel and his sales manager Andrew Gillespie. From the outset, their research and sales presentation was totally professional and we decided on the spot to look no further. We had found great people to conduct the Auction process and sell the property. The campaign ran according to plan with excellent feedback along the way from Andrew.
