Andrew was great from start to finish. He found me the property i was looking for, his extremely professional and helpful and i would highly recommended him to anyone looking to sell or purchase. Thanks Andrew
Being a property buyer can be a frustrating task, however when you develop a good relationship with an agent, it can take some of the hard work out of it. We met Andrew Gillespie early on in our property search, from then on Andrew had contacted us regularly about properties and organized inspections. Andrew was always accommodating to our needs as a buyer and every time we needed an inspection, he was able to organize straight away. The purchase of our new home was smooth and stress free and we do have Andrew to thank for that. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone selling, as a buyer he went over and above to get the sale and that's the agent I would want if he was selling my house.
I found Andrew Gillespie to be an exceptional Mornington Peninsula Real estate agent who was a pleasure to deal with! Andrew went far and beyond my expectations working hard after hours, weekends to get my property sold, and successfully achieved this just after 3 days on the market! He is a very driven & professional agent with great communication skills. Most importantly I found Andrew to be an honest and straight up agent who basically gave me an honest opinion of what he thought I could get for selling my house in today's market!Well done Andrew! Great job!
Very professional, great communication and we were very happy with all aspects of the sake
Good auctioneer, didn't drag out pre-auction or bidding. Post sale very helpful.
Thank you Andrew for selling our family home. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Andrew went above and beyond what an agent would do. I was hesitant to sell and have had bad experiences with agents. Andrew was recommended to me by a beautiful friend, he has also helped her with her property. Andrew is a very courteous and polite person and always smiling. My auction was a scary process for me as I am a single mum, but he gave me the support i needed every step of the way. Always giving feedback after every open and answering every question i had. On Auction Day, Andrew achieved an outstanding price for my house. He has not only sold my property with amazing results but helped find my new home. Within four days, I had purchased a new property! We had a few hiccups along the way and Andrew was always there to rectify any issues that had arose. I cannot say enough about Andrew, he is an OUTSTANDING agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone - I truly consider him now a friend. Thank you Andrew!
Working with Andrew was great. He was well prepared, with a great knowledge of the local real estate. He is open and honest, and instills a confidence level that exceeds expectations. The updates were always on time, and with a depth of information that left no stone unturned. The experience was a pleasurable one, and he comes highly recommended for the job at hand. Thanks again, Peter and Lynn.
My father Derek had decided that it was time to sell his home of 28 years at 6 Prince Street Mornington and downsize into a retirement village. No sooner than the decision was made, Daniel Brooker from Harcourt RE timed his cold call perfectly by knocking on the door and introducing himself. A few days later, Dad and I met with Daniel and his sales manager Andrew Gillespie. From the outset, their research and sales presentation was totally professional and we decided on the spot to look no further. We had found great people to conduct the Auction process and sell the property. The campaign ran according to plan with excellent feedback along the way from Andrew. Auction day was a total success (Andrew was the auctioneer) with a large crowd of spirited bidders and an exceptional result obtaining $170k above the reserve price. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and Daniel from Harcourt Real Estate as agents of the highest calibre and professionalism available anywhere.
Andrew gave us constant and honest feedback throughout the campaign. Not once did I need to call him for updates as he was regularly in contact. His valuation of our home supported by solid data gave us confidence he was giving us a realistic valuation. Andrew and the Harcourts team worked hard for us, the vendor and ensured they also met with any prospective buyer at any day and at any time. After buying and selling a few homes in the region in the last 6 years, Andrew Gillespie is first one I will call for any Real Estate transaction I make in the future.
