Andrew as a person is very pleasant to deal with. We challenged him with our expectation and he gladly took it upon and stood by it until the property was sold. How he is different among other agents we discussed with is, he came across as a genuine sales person, by understanding the expectation and providing the market conditions with facts. He strategies were based on behavioral science (I know it as I study about it). Hence the reason we chose him. Did we had our doubts after we engaged him? Yes, but that was only because we were anxious. He is absolutely brilliant! He will get you the results.
