Andrew acheived what the self named #1 couldn't. I had my investment property in Regents Park on the market with the supposed #1 agency for months and never even got an offer. When I engaged Andrew's services this completely turned around. He arranged professional photography and advertising. Within a week I had offers presented and the house was sold within the week. The service I received from Andrew was flawless, I even had feedback from my tenants who expressed gratitude for the professionalism Andrew showed them through the process. Thanks again Andrew.
Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the properties that he showed us, and with the house that we purchased, was always willing to go the extra mile to help make the transition smoother. We would highly recommend him.
After a less than good experience with other Real Estate agents Andrew has restored faith in the profession. He's communication, negotiation and above all patience was exceptional. Andrew is worth every cent
Andrew made the experience of buying my first home seamless. I would recommend him to anyone
We tried selling our house with another Agent for months with little interest. Andrew believed he could sell our property for the price we needed in order to buy the acreage we needed for our lifestyle change. He worked with enthusiasm & gave us the confidence we lacked through previous disappointment. He constantly encouraged us with his non-stop effort. He found & chased the perfect buyer for our house. We are so happy with our new property which was only possible through Andrew's wonderful Salesmanship. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone requiring Real Estate services. We consider him a good friend/family & are more than pleased with his help. Thank you Andrew....we are soooo happy....
I was impressed by Andrew's commitment and professionalism. My house was on the market for 8 months already and it started to be a stressful time for me. The moment Andrew stepped in he has given me a frank and honest feedback on the property, discussed the $$ I am looking for, organised professional photos and started actively promoting the house. He brought me a contract within 3 days. Very happy and will definitely use his services again
Great agent ,Excellent communication skills
Andrew always kept us informed at ever stage
Andrew was always good to deal with. I felt that i could trust him and he is an honest person who cares about the end result for both parties.
We could not fault Andrew, he did everything he possible could to sell our house quickly. It sold in 3 weeks and therefore our new house was not completed, so we have had to live with relatives until the house is built. Andrew has a great personality and is a very likable person, We got on from the moment we met and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to any one who is trying to sell their house
