We enlisted Andrew to help sell the home of my elderly father in law. Andrew gave great advice as to what we needed to do to the property prior to selling whilst at the same time delicately managing my father in laws expectations. Throughout the whole sale period, there was nothing that was too much trouble for Andrew and his team. At each Wednesday opening, Andrew arrived early to help get the house presentable as my father in law was not in a position to do this by himself. Andrew handled the whole sale negotiation superbly and succeeded in getting us the best price possible.
