We were lucky enough to have a great experience with Angela and the Ray White Cheltenham team. Everything was very easy from our end from the actual campaign through to the auction and of course the result. It was nice to use an agent we could trust, knowing that what we were being advised was for our own best interest and no one elses. Our expectations were respected and strived for throughout the entire campaign, with open and ongoing communication and reporting. "Fantastic first experience"

This was our first experience selling a property and Angela (and Nick) made it a great one. We were nervous and therefore thought it would be a wise move to 'interview' three different agents. Angela won us over with her honest and transparent approach, flexible marketing strategy that didn't break the bank, and an offer than was the best value for money. Once we started the process, Angela came through on every single promise - from detailed reports, to managing the tenant and even the free coffee van. We were also delighted with the Auctioneer (Nick) who just wouldn't quit, working the two top bidders against each other in $1,000 and even $500 bids! Overall, this was a great first experience and we would most definitely use Angela's services again
