"Liar Agent at the end of the tenancy"

We had live in the property for 8 years without any problems and always paying the rent on time and taking care of the property. Suddenly they kick out us saying that the tenant was homeless and we have to be out of the property in just 30 days or wd have to court... and even we were lucky to find a place to move in 15 days Angela make the landlord to send us to court. After when we give them the keys with the unit very clean they just found x3 dusty spots on top of door frames which we could ha e clean in less than 30min with a wet cloth but ANGELA never allow us to do it, instead she send us a receipt for $450 for profesional cleaners to clean this 3 spots. And they freeze our bond and blame that the tenanthas hire the cleaners and make us send the tenant to court to claim our bond. But in the court the tenant didn't know about any cleaners. Everything was created by this prestigious agent ANGELA WU. At the end we just agree to loss $250 and end the process to avoid more waste of time. But please avoid this agent and agency RAINE & HORNE LANE COVE.
