"Outstanding knowledge of the market place"
This is the second time we have trusted Angelo Vagenas with the important task of selling our Villa. We met Angelo when we looking to buy a house. Although we have not brought from Angelo but have trusted him to sell based on our experience. He has excellent local knowledge, and a deep understanding of the market. He has came up with different advices and recommendations at different stage of the selling process. His strategies and recommendations, including going to auction early, has work really well for us. At the end, he has managed to deliver an excellent result.

Angelo was all I wanted in an Agent when he sold my apartment. Id never met him before and was lucky I did. His greatest strength was that he intelligently used his Real Estate market and local knowledge to solve my selling problem during COVID 19. "Angelo's ability in the Real Estate field is quiet extraordinary!"
We still cant believe the spectacular result Angelo was able to achieve for us! We had already bought in February at a premium. We listed our home for Auction on the 30th of March, then Corona Virus caused open house inspections and live auctions to be banned. We were worried! Angelo's professionalism was outstanding! "1st class service and knowledge"
Angelo was extremely communicative with us at all times. He was constantly on the phone checking up on how we were feeling about the whole selling/auction process. He also had great knowledge of the area and also explained in great detail the selling and auction process. He was always professional but at the same time empathetic and caring. We achieved an auction result way above our expectations and I would attribute that to Angelos communication with potential buyers prior to and on the day of the auction. I would highly recommend Angelo to anyone selling their home.

Hard working, resilient, professional, dedicated and passionate - just a few words that instantly come to mind when I think of Angelo Vagenas. Having completed a purchase through Angelo , it was time to complete the real estate life cycle . We had him onboard to help us sell our property. Our auction gameplan from start to finish remained me of a well executed a football grand final plan. Every possible scenario was planned for, control of discussions regarding varies topics were clear, concise and answered promptly to myself and all parties. The use of various media and digital platforms to communicate and advertise, once again top notch. The insights he prepared during our meet ups were excellent. Angelo, like in our purchasing experience, incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly professional and human in all of our dealings. He was always avaliable. There was constant dialogue between us, Angelo + his supporting cast, he put in a great deal of time with all parties. Everything was in sync throughout the campaign. I met Angelo at a open house, at the time the usual interaction and details were exchanged. We didn't think much of it Within a couple of days, he took it upon himself to proactively (not harass) and engage and assist us with looking for a place to upsize. His use of all communication means was suited to our life style as required (messenger apps) rather constant missed calls which i normally miss haha It has been a year long journey to look for a place to upsize , Angelo remained always in contact and assisting us with any enquiry , even if the property didn't fall under his umbrella. He was always accessible, there were many times he would get back to us late in the evening if i had a random question in the middle of the night during our downtime. I cannot recommend him enough, we were expertly and professional guided throughout the process when we found the place. He kept us in the loop the entire time and assisted us in all aspects, no question was too silly for him. Angelo is extremely knowledgeable with the St George area He has a calm exterior I found he found the right balance to suit all parties interest Thank you again Angelo PS: he isnt bad at football either
