Angie right from the start was friendly, personable and yet professional. The initial paperwork she did efficiently and made straightforward. Then with the inspection she gave excellent advice on how to best present the property and prepare it for the professional photographer;he was most impressed. After that she had very regular open inspections and informed me of the progress. When it came to the documentation for the contract she was again very helpful, considerate & efficient,as well as with the sale contract;which only took barely 2 months.I would highly recommend Angie to any buyer/seller as a friendly, efficient, helpful, and most professional real estate agent.
Within 4 days of viewing the property, it was on the internet, with 40 photos, a drone movie, plus prose that would make many a journalist weep. The obvious passion for our home infused into the buyers a need to make a "buy" decision quickly and that is what happened! Need i say more!
Professional service and great communication
Can't speak highly enough of Peter and Angie. The were working for us from the word go. They were so quick to get us up on the market (infact in a day). Their professional manner and positive attitude made us feel very confident with the sale. We had a contract after 2 opens and sold in less than 3 weeks. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell on the South Coast. They gave us everything the set out to do. We thank you Peter and Angie Hooper!
Great agent and very Professional. Great communication and works perfectly with me.
Thank you so much Peter and Angie. You guys were awesome from day 1 when you got the ball rolling straight away. We can't thank you enough and would highly recommend you to anyone down there looking for an agent.
Could not have been better, intelligent, skilled, with great experience and easy communication.Certainly the best in the local district. Would always highly recommend.
Angie did not give up. She opened the house when other agents would not
I recently purchased a holiday home from Angie. After listening to me she suggested that home as an option. She was friendly and professional making me feel she was being fair to both the vendor and myself. I would be comfortable to both buy and sell properties through Angie.
We were a purchaser of a property in Goolwa and Angie was very helpful & friendly. Buying & selling a home can be stressful but Angie was always available to answer our queries & guide us through the purchasing process. We would not hesitate to recommend Angie to family & friends.
