"Sale of house"
Annette listed and sold my parents property, providing great support as we are not local. House sold very quickly, and Annette kept regular communication with us throughout the process. Very happy with the outcome and the service provided by Annette.

"Poor attitude"
As an investor I have now dealt with this agent Annette Waddell on 2 occasions the first dealing was purchasing a property in allenstown i signed a contract at advertised price . went back and forwards attempting to get details correct then after 3 weeks of continual stalling tactics stated that another offer had come in and the vendor has gone with. 2nd dealing wanted a contract on a property in berserker which all attempts to contact her were ignored. then when i finally did get a pickup to my last phone call tells me it has had a signed contract for over a week. I said really why could you not indicate this upon my first SMS text message not my 4th phone call attempt. she unprofessionally hung up. then when i text her to state her non professional attitude and needed to re align her mindset i was told i mentally abused her and she was going to call the police..truely! i have dealt with hundreds of real estate agents over the years but never have i meet one quite like this one
