"Worst property manager!"
Lived in premise for over 9 years and first property manger was fantastic then we got Arthur and was the worst experience renting. He did not care about maintenance issues and the property had a lot of issues like no working oven, toilet leaking, no plumbing in bathroom, walls falling down and roof leaking etc. Communication was terrible most of the time didn't respond. Don't trust him.
