"AMAZING"

To whom it may concern, After speaking with several listing agents from different real estate companies, I chose to list my property for sale with another firm. I chose not to list with Ash Marton because his commission rate was higher than the others agencys. Despite my choice to list with a competitor, Ash maintained contact with me letting me know about properties he had been selling in the area. My property remained listed with that company for ninety days without any offers being made and little interest being reported. The agents only solution was to keep dropping the price until the property sold. When my original term expired, i decided to re-list my property with Ash. Within one day of listing, i had a written offer. Within five days of listing, Ash had negotiated an offer for more than the property had been listed for with the previous agent. Ash Marton is highly motivated and professional. Make no mistake, he is working for you.

"Professional"

Dear Andrew and the team at Ash Marton Realty, Paul and I wanted to take the opportunity to express our sincere thanks, for selling our home recently. From the moment we met you Andrew, you were attentive, professional and listened with intent to our needs. You checked in on us routinely until we were ready to place our house on the market and made us feel like we were your one and only priority. When your Guarantee of service arrived in the mail only days after we had signed with you, we were sure beyond doubt, that you were determined to do the best job possible to sell our house successfully and at the price we wanted. Your dedication and professionalism was evident on a daily basis, with your feedback, phone calls and text messages, even outside of working hours, to keep us fully informed of the progress you were making. And right up until settlement day, you continued to go above and beyond what we had ever expected you to do, to ensure the sale of our house went through smoothly. And so it is with great gratitude, that we thank you for your care, effort and expertise in selling our first little home. Thank you also to your incredible team, who also made us feel more like family than clients, whenever we had the pleasure of dealing with you. We cannot recommend you highly enough and wish you and your motivated team, all the best in the future selling of other lucky peoples houses. Warm regards, Nicole and Paul Chester

"Customer Service OUTSTANDING!!!!"

Even though I live in Perth, I've bought, sold & rented a Melbourne property through Ash Marton RE, and I couldn't be more impressed with this truly dynamic and young agency (no old, stuffy agents there!) For my recent property sale, Ash & his team managed to get me $40,000 above our asking price! True! Their customer service is outstanding and personal. Nothing is too much trouble, and if it is, you'll never know. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend Ash & his team!

"Breath of Fresh Air"

What a breath of fresh air it was speaking with Ash Marton today! I had questions about the value of my cousin's home in Frankston, as she is planning on selling, and I could not be more impressed with Ash's approach - friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and very informative, having past sales information at his fingertips. I will happily recommend Ash's services to my cousin. Well done Ash! It was a pleasure speaking with you!

"Genuine"

We recently sold our house through Ash. He is genuine and has a lot of integrity. When looking for an agent I wanted someone who I could rely on and had talent because we had purchased another property and so deadlines were critical. After our first meeting I trusted Ash was the person to handle our situation and he ended up going above & beyond in terms of service and we also ended up getting a fantastic result. I highly recommend Ash as a real estate agent.
