I say thank you because this was not an easy sale, plenty of agents have turned me away due to its building problems, but Ash said she was aware of them all but also the potential that a property like this could offer someone if they were able to be put in the complete picture. Which she was able to do given her extensive knowledge and experience. Ashleigh was so wonderful to work with, she was in constant contact always keeping me in the loop. She was approachable and friendly and my lack of knowledge with selling a home was never a problem for her and she always made my questions feel heard. I cant thank Ashleigh enough for making this experience so positive and successful. I very much look forward to being able to use her again when I am in a position to get back on the property ladder.
