I am very happy with the help from Ay Hwa in listing and selling my apartment unit. The unit was listed by a different agency for 9 months, but no luck. Ay Hwa took over and within less than a month she was able to sell the unit. Ay Hwa has a lot of energy and excitement to sell my unit, she also went further and beyond by making my unit homey. She used her own plants and equipments to make my unit more presentable and attractive to the buyers. She also continued to work hard even during this pandemic period. She continued to have open houses (as complied with covid restrictions) and do letter drops to entice buyers. She is also very corteous and very quick to inform me of any updates.
