"Lack of Professionalism"
Bedri managed our rental property. Bedri informed us that tenant has defaulted in rent so he would recover the rent through rental bond which he failed to do in next 12 months. When we checked with RTBA, we came to know that Bedri had cleared the release of Bond to tenant. When confronted, Bedri passed the blame to his staff. Incompetence is the hall mark of this agency. Whatever they say can be different from reality altogether.

"Owner of the property"
Very obey & well listen to customer. Not against & Not going above level to customer & not showing he knows everything. Be carfully behave with customers & always thinking be with this customer for more features business. Difficult to understand his knowledge. Finally good sales person. Happy his service. Customer service still not finish until settlement. So cant give all stars until finished this contract.
