His knowledge on the property was good and his communication with us was also good, he responded to anything we needed and helped as much as possible.
Very knowledgeable. Professional in conduct and presentation. Would deal with Ben again.
Rob assisted in cooperation with Ben Heaslip in achieving a result that exceeded our expectations. It was a professional team effort from South Coast Realty.
Both Rob and Ben were an efficient and professional team when selling my property and kept me informed at all times. I wish them all the best for the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective client. Many thanks guys.
More than happy with Rob and Ben keeping us up to speed with all that was happening and the effort they put in for a good result.
Ben kept me informed regularly whilst the property was on the market with feedback and reports of how the marketing was going. I had the property listed with another agent for 12 months previously and was frustrated that i was never contacted and was left to me to chase them. Ben was a breathe of fresh air with his professional and diligent follow up emails, calls and contract documentation. This young man has a bright future in this industry and I wish him well.
Ben was instrumental in selling my property in a thorough and efficient manner. He was very professional and kept me informed during the process.
Ben's a no nonsense agent, polite and approachable
