Our relationship with Community Benefits Real Estate goes back nearly 3 decades. James (Ben's Dad) provided us with Real estate Investment advise around the purchase of our 1st investment property which has turned out to a fruitful and successful one for us. In more recent times, Ben and Deb were involved in the advertising and positioning strategy around our decision to sell Clarkestown Avenue. Ben's professionalism, enthusiasm and his predictable pleasantness made the relationship one we would use again and be more than happy to recommend to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property. I cannot speak highly enough about his level of communication in that he follows up and calls when he says he will. Good luck with your future in Real Estate Ben.
I had the pleasure of having Ben as my agent to sell my property in Carrum. I could not speak highly enough about his professionalism, work ethic, market knowledge, negotiation and consultative approach. Ben delivered me an outstanding sale and I will definitely use him again.
Ben assisted greatly in my very first property purchase. Everything from being responsive to my post sale queries through to letting myself and tradies through the property pre-settlement. Ben and the team at Community Real estate were fantastic and I would happily recommend to buyers and sellers alike!
I am writing to say a very big thank you to Ben who I was very grateful to have as my agent. It was a huge commitment when I decided to sell my home. Little did I know how easy and streamlined the process would be with Ben on board. On first meeting Ben I was struck by his impeccable presentation, enthusiasm & professionalism. Ben was so approachable & supportive & I immediately felt at ease with him & very confident I was in safe hands. At all times myself and my home were treated with utmost respect. I appreciate all the hours, hard work and positive input that resulted in an outcome beyond what I thought achievable. Mr Crowder I cant thank you enough for your amazing expertise in auctioning my home. You turned a stressful day into something quite magical. Ben I wish you all the best in your career. I am sure it will be a long and successful one. As you have shown yourself to be a calm, hardworking, knowledgeable gentleman/agent. I will always be most appreciative of the wonderful outcome achieved when selling my home.
I found Ben and his team at Community Real Estate had a great understanding of the local market and worked tirelessly during the marketing campaign to help present the property. They were always available for meetings at the property, even when called at short notice, and were thoroughly professional when conducting open days and the auction itself. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Ben was very diligent and professional throughout the whole sale process. He worked around our needs to develop a sale plan and was very clear in his communication from start to finish. Would be comfortable to recommend Ben and the team at community real estate to anyone looking to sell a property.
Right at the start we were impressed with the abilities of Ben Crowder. His careful, thoughtful and fastidious approach to the sale of our precious family home made it a much easier process than we had expected. The organisation for the initial photos and information schedule was superb. The on-going campaign over a few weeks (which to the seller often seems longer) was handled sensitively and with awareness of our needs and abilities to have the house available for inspection. We were punctually informed of requirements, times and any special needs for inspections on the day. Consequently we were conveniently organised so that a smooth operation was had by all. At all times Ben followed up and we felt the situation was under control. There were no panic moments that are part of vendor history. The final sale was again handled in Bens businesslike, straightforward and careful manner. We are extremely pleased that we chose Ben to be our Real Estate Agent. With sincere admiration and a big thank you.
Ben has been an absolute pleasure to deal with for the sale of my home. He promptly responded to my calls and kept me informed and updated through every step of the process. If you are looking for an agent who is both professional and approachable, I highly recommend Ben Crowder at Community Real Estate.
