Preparing to sell and move can be amoungst the most stressful ordeals one undertakes in life, Ben Hamiltons skills were outstanding,professional in every way and his communication skills were second to none. Every step of the way he continued to make sure you understood exactly what was going on and if anything arose that needed attention he was on it straight away. In conclusion for the nervous Seller Ben Hamilton will hold your hand literally throughout the whole proceedure making it as pleasant as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. "The Best Agent in Sippy Downs"
If you want a stress free sale then Ben Hamilton is the man to go to. Ben and his colleagues at McGrath were professional, honest and very trustworthy. I was in negotiation with another more aggressive sales agent but I began to feel very uncomfortable about how they operate. Ben and his team didn't need that aggression to get results. Personable and skilful, they mastered the sale of my mums house with agility. This was about getting the right buyer for the right price and that's want they achieved. I am not nave, I know this is about business and money but sometimes a little bit of humanity goes along way.
