"Diligent"

Benjamin was a diligent agent with excellent communication who worked consistently to get the best deal for both parties. He put in a tremendous amount of time to ensure the property was right for me and was caring in his approach when discussing prices. Ben was open and responded promptly to all inquiries and offered significant personal and professional expertise throughout the purchase process. I will be returning to Ben for future rental and purchase inquiries.

"Very open and transparent"

From the start Benjamin was very open and transparent on the steps needed to close the deal, and make the buying process as easy as possible, especially for a first time homebuyer. Even more importantly was his clear and quick communication in answering questions after the deal closed, where he went far beyond his role in assisting in various manners. Benjamin genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, trustworthy, and someone I would highly recommend.

"A Pleasure"

It has been more than a pleasure having Ben sell my property. As a first time seller the journey was new and Ben was clear and transparent with every step of the way. His level of communication is phenomenal and a great rapport was built with him over the campaign period. He is affable and a great articulator. He achieved a good result for my apartment and treated it the property and sale as if it were his own. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Ben.

"I cannot recommend Benjamin Martin from CobdenHayson highly enough."

I cannot recommend Benjamin Martin from CobdenHayson highly enough. Benjamin recently sold my apartment in Bondi Junction in just 7 days, which was an incredible result. Not only did he exceed his initial price estimate, but he also managed to identify two committed buyers who were willing to pay above what we had anticipated. As someone who has lived in the Eastern Suburbs for over 50 years and bought and sold many times, I have dealt with a fair share of real estate agents. I can honestly say that Benjamin's transparency, advice, and hard work was refreshing. What impressed me most about Benjamin was his focus on building trust and his ability to deliver. In a market where many agents tend to overpromise on price, Benjamin's approach ultimately led to a fantastic outcome for us. At a time when several competing properties were reducing their price guides, Benjamin's expertise and hard work helped us to achieve a price that was higher than we expected. If you're thinking of selling your home or investment, I have no hesitation in recommending Benjamin Martin. He's a true professional, and I'm grateful for everything he did to help us achieve a sale in such a short time. Thank you, Benjamin!

"You're in Good Hands"

Benjamin understood the market very well, he assisted in preparing the property for marketing and managed the campaign very well. He provided feedback throughout the process and obtained an excellent outcome in a very short period of time. Living out of the area and having the property in such good hands was very valued.

"Above and Beyond"

Cobden and Hayson had sold a previous property for us and were currently managing this particular unit from a rental basis. On deciding to sell Ben was recommended to us. From day one Ben's approach was courteous and straight forward. He went above and beyond as to what we expected and although market conditions became somewhat difficult due to steady interest rate rises Ben remained committed to the task at hand and always remained positive. An excellent result was achieved with a sale above our expectations. Ben is honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Ben as an agent to sell any property in any area.

"Hard Working"

As a buyer I experienced firsthand how hard Ben works to get the best possible price for his seller. But Ben also works incredibly hard to make sure the buyer is nonetheless happy with their experience. He is incredibly professional, highly responsive, uniquely thoughtful and always willing to provide insightful industry knowledge. If you are looking for an agent who goes above and beyond, you are looking for Ben.
