Benjamin was a diligent agent with excellent communication who worked consistently to get the best deal for both parties. He put in a tremendous amount of time to ensure the property was right for me and was caring in his approach when discussing prices. Ben was open and responded promptly to all inquiries and offered significant personal and professional expertise throughout the purchase process. From the start Benjamin was very open and transparent on the steps needed to close the deal, and make the buying process as easy as possible, especially for a first time homebuyer. Even more importantly was his clear and quick communication in answering questions after the deal closed, where he went far beyond his role in assisting in various manners.
