I recently engaged both Mark Bowis & Ben Southwell from Cobden & Hayson to sell my home in Louisa Road, Birchgrove. Being a high-end waterfront property, being sold in challenging market conditions, it was important I engage agents who would be highly proactive yet strategic. Apart from being super professional, Mark and Ben worked relentlessly to achieve a successful sale in a relatively short timeframe. In particular, Mark worked diligently and closely with a number of discerning buyers - intensely negotiating till the late hours of the night on numerous occasions for buyers in different international time zones. Hes particularly masterful at negotiation, extracting every last dollar where possible. My journey with Cobden & Hayson began last year when we wanted to rent our property out. I had consulted with many agents who I found very "pushy".
