Ben kept us well informed during the process and progression of the sale .
Ben has excellent negotiating skills leaving buyer and seller feeling heard, meeting expectations for both
Ben was very helpful, prompt to reply to any of my queries and was a good advocate during the negotiation of the contract
Ben's knowledge of the market was excellent, timing was very good, and his strategy for obtaining the best price for us seemed to work very well. He was courteous, listened well, and communicated well with us. We would thoroughly recommend him.
As a first home buyer Ben was a pleasure to work with! He guided us through the buying process from our first inspection to handing over the keys. If you're looking to buy a house and want a genuine and friendly real estate agent, I would highly recommend working with Ben at North Shore Realty.
Very professional and a pleasure to do business with.
Ben has excellent knowledge of the current housing market in the local area.
Ben's estimate of the value of my property was accurate. He was very proactive in matching buyers for the property and when the first buyer did not proceed he very quickly found another interested buyer and following an inspection had the property sold again on the following day for an additional $10,000. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf and very happy with the result.
