Ben's estimate of the value of my property was accurate. He was very proactive in matching buyers for the property and when the first buyer did not proceed he very quickly found another interested buyer and following an inspection had the property sold again on the following day for an additional $10,000. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf and very happy with the result.

“Friendly coastal Town”
