"Communication excellent, Presentation perfect"
Ben introduced the purchaser on an appointment showing. Just in that, the commitment shown displayed he was prepared to go to that extra effort to get the right result. My property was a tough one with challenges, however Ben through his communication skills and pleasant approach was able to negate the concerns. I have no doubt about the skills Ben has and the ability of him bringing froward the best sales result.

We rented out our Fairlight property through Ben Von Sperl of Belle Property Manly. During the whole process Ben did everything he said he would do when he said he would. He told us the rent we should expect and how long it would take to get a good tenant, he was spot on about both. "We could not be more impressed"
We met Ben by chance one day and just clicked. We contacted him when we needed new tenants for our investment property. Our property leased within 4 days of being advertised. A much better unit in the same block was on the market for 55 days and leased a week prior to ours for $70 less than ours. Ben found amazing tenants for our newly renovated apartment, we cannot be happier. He has a knack for pairing the right people with the right spaces.
