"Treats tenants terribly"
We rented in the Bulimba/Hawthorne/Morningside area for the first 12 mths after our move from Sydney. The property agent we rented through sold their management rights to Ray White Morningside which is when we had to unfortunately deal with Bernadette, who was not just rude but extremely unprofessional. We also know the people who moved in to the house after we purchased. They have had a very similar experience. We have friends who live nearby who have had the same issues with her. All 3 tenants are well educated, friendly people and yet Bernadette treated us with contempt and disrespect. All of us own properties in other capital cities of Australia and would be horrified if our property managers treated tenants in the way that she does. My only advice for investors and renters is to avoid her if at all possible.

"Excellent property management skills."
My wife and I have recently leased our property via Ray White Morningside. As first time investors, we really appreciated the help and assistance from Bernadette. She took the time to respond to our numerous calls and emails and was very responsive. She was particularly helpful in helping us to conduct a pre-settlement inspection of our unit and gave us some very practical advice along the way. Bernadette had the property leased within 1 days of the property being listed and handled the lease preparation efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Bernadette to anyone looking for a professional property manager.
