"Bernie is a do-er!"
Rarely do you find an agent that will go to the extra effort to find you the property you are looking for. Bernie drove the streets looking then called around to the owners. After 3 months of trying, Bernie called to let us know he had found a property and that the owners had agreed to sell. Bernie didnt wait for a property to fall onto his lap, he went to the extra effort to make it happen. Bernie is a do-er!
