"Berta Dias' uniqueness approach in finding solutions that matter."
Berta Dias is an outstanding Real Estate professional. She is an empathetic listener, proactive, caring and a true humanitarian. She takes her roles as one of her Estate Agents Directors, mentor and advisor in the field very seriously and I have witnessed her very supportive nature going beyond her duties. My family and I have benefited a lot from such humane endeavours and we will always be grateful for everything she has done for us and all around her. We recommend her 100% to anyone who needs rental, buying or selling a property from her and her excellent team partners. Her beautiful heart and genuine smile make wonders, and recipients of her care and services feel safe and always respected by her demeanour. Once, after having suffered a major surgery and without a plan B in place, I was surprised by Berta's generosity and her other Director. When finding out about my predicament, she took charge, by voluntarily roll her sleeves during her lunch breaks and getting to the flat to cook health meals for us, for nearly a month, while I was convalescing. When I was on my feet, she kept calling to check if I needed any help and to celebrate my recovery, she took me to pray and later out for dinner, to celebrate my recovery, three months after my operation. All these, done out of her kindness. I regard such treasurable gestures as holiness, which serve as testimonials of her unique approach, on how she genuinely cares for those around her, to the point of going beyond her duties. Although extremely grateful, I was surprised by her acts of kindness. Remarkably, she is surrounded by like-minded team partners. My family and I pray to God, to bless and protect her and all around her, always. B.A
