Besim handled the sale of our property in a highly professional manner right from the very beginning of our association with him. He was always prompt in returning calls and also kept us up to date very regularly, with feedback on prospective buyer interest etc. He showed a high level of experience in the property market and common sense in presenting a property at it's best in an honest and straightforward manner. We wish him well in his career.
Besim was first class from the moment I inspected the property to the moment I secured the property and purchase it off him. Besim went over and above on any request I asked of, with all processes running smoothly.
Efficient he communicated well all the steps to follow during the sell of our apartment and made the process easy.
Besim was very helpful throughout the purchase process, if there was anything we wanted to know about the apartment, and he couldn't answer straight away he would find out and call us straight back. Besim also had a good knowledge of the area.
Besim was the agent selling the apartment we recently purchased. He went over and above in terms of setting up viewings at convenient times for us, helping us get our offer together promptly (over the Easter weekend) and even visited the property to take various videos of the property when we werent able to view it during the day. He is professional, was always reachable, quick to respond to queries and helped us get a fast result on the purchase. Would highly recommend Besim!
Besim made buying our first property a breeze! He promptly answered all our questions and returned all our calls and emails immediately. As first home buyers we were very unfamiliar with the whole process of buying a property. Besim went the extra mile by taking the time to explain us every step. Overall we felt very catered for. Cannot recommend Besim more to anyone looking into buying a property!
Besims attention to detail, professionalism and positive energy shone through during the purchase of my first home. During what would have seemed like a daunting process, Besim made it a breeze by checked in with me regularly and communicated clearly to make sure I was kept informed and any queries were answered promptly. He has great knowledge about the local area as well as market info and other matters relating to the property. Cant recommend Besim enough for future purchases and sales!
If you are in the market for a real estate agent look no further than Besim. He was fantastic to work with and guided us through every step of the process. He removed all the stress and over-communicated every aspect of our campaign and how we were tracking. He was professional and authentic in his interactions with us. When it came to Auction day he was committed to getting the result we wanted. His negotiation skills are out of this world and we are so happy with the result. Thank you Besim!
Besim was an absolute professional. His service is second to none. He went over and beyond in selling us this property even though it was a small apartment at the lower end as far as property values in this area are concerned. Thank you for being so accommodating
