He went over and above in terms of setting up viewings at convenient times for us, helping us get our offer together promptly (over the Easter weekend) and even visited the property to take various videos of the property when we werent able to view it during the day. Besim made buying our first property a breeze! He promptly answered all our questions and returned all our calls and emails immediately. As first home buyers we were very unfamiliar with the whole process of buying a property. Besim went the extra mile by taking the time to explain us every step. Overall we felt very catered for.
