Our situation had changed when we brought a country property and planned a "tree change" from the city to the country. Beth and Michael helped us sell our much loved 1950s built home in Lane Cove for a good price that made the move a reality. We needed a lot of help and advice. We also received help in getting our home in a "marketable" condition. So organising affordable trades such as painters, gardener, cleaners etc...was very helpful. It also put a polish on our home that buyers readily liked and found attractive. In a very short time we received ofers which were well within our expectations. Beth and Michael's skills and experience in negotiating gave us great deal of confidence when it came time to accepting a buyers offer. We have no hesitation in recommending Beth and Michael (McGrath) to sell your home. Their local knowledge of the area is unsurpassed. I am sure our "former" home has found the right buyer who will enjoy living there as much as we had. All the best Beth and Michael wkith helping people sell on. Regards Cliff&Anth
