"Email etiquette is professional but not in person"

1. Needs improvement on customer and communication skills. 2. Avoid speaking to clients like they have committed wrong doing. 3. Be professional with a more friendly approach. 4. Accept feedback, set example to junior staff

"Betty is by far the rudest and terrible agent Ive ever in my years of renting felt with"

She is rude talks down on you barks orders like She is your mother and makes you feel like less of a person for renting
