Bev became the selling Agent for my home during a difficult time in the market, at every turn she was Patient, Polite, extremely hard working, available and respectful to all my enquiries. I would not only have no hesitation in recommending her, I would suggest that you may not find any better ...
Bev Rolfe was my first point of contact for this purchase which was my first. From day one she was so helpful and informative explaining the whole process. She negotiated with the seller to achieve a price that both parties were happy with and then proceeded to get the ball rolling. Very efficient in dealing with documentation and was extremely helpful in liaising between seller and solicitors. Bev went that extra mile each time to help the whole transaction through to a successful completion. She, in my opinion, is an outstanding agent and a credit to her profession. Well done and thank you Bev!
Bev went out on a limb to help me through and after the sale, even to find tradesmen to carry out after sales service as well as a rental agent for my property
Bev was so keen and enthusiastic anout her properties. She has great insight into the local area. She followed up promptly on queries. She helped advise us on a lawyer as we are quite new to the area. She is friendly informative and very genuine. Highly recommend her.
Ms. Beverly Rolfe was exceptional from the first day of contact, professional, friendly and very polite, easy to communicate with, gave us also very beneficial advice, can not fault her service at all!
Beverley Rolfe was so helpful with organising me to do paperwork, understand the legal side and the personal side of buying my dwelling. She took a lot of the strain of purchasing my property upon herself. She works very hard and has a lot of energy, great ideas and is genuinely caring. I couldn't have purchased my dwelling so much more hassle free without her as I was very sick at the time.
Bev has been exceptional in all aspects of her profession .
I found Bev to be proffessional at all times yet still being so down to earth and so easy to talk to. Bev went out of her way to help in any way possible. I have never been so happy with a Real Estate agent as I was with her. My father recently passed away and my siblings and I are considering what to do with his estate in Caloundra. I have told them that if we decide to sell the property that I will definately be giving it to Bev to sell as I was so pleased with everything about her.
Bev was by far the best Real Estate Agent we have ever dealt with (and we've dealt with many). Bev went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale - from personalising an empty property, to researching data to negotiating with the purchaser and bringing them back from twice a 'no' to a settled sale. Bev's happy disposition makes you feel immediately comfortable in her hands and safe in the knowledge she'll get the job done. We would DEFINITELY recommend her and use her time and again.
