Bob was very honest and upfront throughout the entire process of listing and selling our property. Bob kept us well informed and was extremely reliable and prompt in his communication with us whether it be with a phone call or visit. He endeavoured to answer all our questions and concerns and was very considerate in organising any arrangements he made. Bob gave us the best opportunities available to increase our chance of a sale through excellent advertising and open house viewing times. He was able to provide us with optimum exposure in both of these areas which resulted in a very quick sale. We would definately recommend Bob as we felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities.
