Brad Dunham showed a professional approach throughout this experience of selling my home. I would make one suggestion (mainly because I have never had the experience of the current advertising method of drones, surround videoing of the interior of ones home etc) that the agent could pass on a what to expect when this is about to happen to a client who has never experienced this newer way of advertising. The homes that are being marketed are actually peoples homes and they may not feel comfortable with this out there advertising method being used currently. Also the day that this was happening 3 representatives from First National arrived, one of which I knew (Brad Dunham) but the other two I did not know and was not introduced to and I felt that they were in my home and perhaps they should have made themselves known to me (as the client). Otherwise obviously I am happy with the outcome of the ultimate sale of my property and I hope that my comments are found to be helpful particularly to clients in my age group. Heather McColl
