After months of trying to buy a home and dealing with some lovely but also some shady agents, it was refreshing to purchase a home through Brad and not feel as though we were being played. He clearly outlined what was expected and was very easy to follow the process which ultimately lead us to out first purchase.

Not all property sales are seen by the current owners as happy events. So what is so good about Brad: Brad responded promptly to any of our questions. Brad has advised us on our investment property in Marcoola for more than the past 10 years. His advice over the period has been welcome and accurate. From the day you first approached me until the day you sold our house, you gave 100% effort to achieve the sale. You marketed the property well, from taking photos to show the house at its best, knowing when and which magazines would attract the most interest and holding open houses. You were available whenever required and even met me one Sunday when you weren't working. I particularly liked the way you always kept me informed. I always knew what was going on and I didn't have to ring you once to find out where we stood. As we both know, our house is not the best house in the street. "Excellent service - Professional, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with"

Karen and I wanted a say a big thanks for the excellent service that we received from Brad Reed from Peter Kennedy First National Pacific Paradise, during the sale of our property in Mudjlmba. We particularly appreciated the amount of contact we had throughout the whole selling phase, especially as we reside interstate. After each weekend opening or one off showing during the week, Brad always called the following day detailing the number of people through the property, their comments, general summary and where to next. One of Brad's skills was his ability to recognise an opportunity to promote the sale of our property by leveraging off the sale of other properties in his portfolio. This he did on a number of occasions and eventually led to the sale of our property. Brad was professional, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. If he takes on your property for sale it is our experience that he will be there until the end exhibiting the same level of contagious enthusiasm and belief that your property will sell as in the beginning. Brad continually analysed all logical reasons for our property not selling and adjusted strategies as required, after thoroughly analysing all available information such as: marketing, potential buyer feedback, property presentation, current market trend and vendor feedback. The end result was our property sold and achieved fair market price. Furthermore Brad negotiated the purchase price of the property we bought. He seamlessly made appointments and organised viewings to suit us. Our dealings with Brad have been honest and direct at all times, what you see is what you get, this being the main reason why we would highly recommend him.
