Brad was courteous and friendly, kept us in the loop after each open house and inspection.
Brad was helpful and responsive throughout the process. He knows the Armidale market and was able to help with negotiations.
Brad was amazing. His communication with me was outstanding and he followed up every potential buyer to achieve a sales price which was more than Id imagined. Id have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
Brad and the team at professionals did an amazing job selling my property which resulted in a very quick sale.
Brad communicated well and kept me in the loop. Totally trustworthy and a nice person. This is my second property in Armidale with Brads assistance and knowledge.
Brad Rampage was a professional operator at all times. He was very proactive and responsive in his communication, which was greatly appreciated. Brad was ready to offer additional information and was also ready to offer his time to follow up and facilitate land and home viewings. I would be happy to have Brad assist us with real estate in the future.
Ours has been an extremely difficult sale process and Brad has been absolutely incredible. We could not have hoped for a better agent. We would be very happy to recommend Brad as one of the most capable and honest agents we have met.
We are overwhelmed & totally satisfied with Brads approach to selling our property. Whether it was the right time or place to sell will never take away the professionalism Brad offered us.
