"Unprofessional and Dishonest"
This individual is the worst property manager ever! She is deceitful, a liar, a fabricator, and is so self absorbed. She seems to thrive on causing stress to those around her and takes no responsibility of her actions, thinking there is nothing wrong with the way she treats people. The more people expose these types of individual's the better. She definitely needs to be in a different profession as she has no moral compass whatsoever. The most awful experience ever.

"Useless in EVERY way"
This property manager (if you can call her that) is a liar. She fabricates stories to cover up her own short comings and never responds to emails or returns phone calls. She is constantly unavailable and it is clear that the 15 years she boasts in experience have done her no favours. This woman has not only put me off renting from Raine and Horne anywhere ever but if I saw her name listed with any company I would gladly forfeit even my dream home to steer away from her absolute incompetence. I cannot express how much stress and damage this woman will cause you be warned she is absolutely inept at her job and will not do anything she says she will do. Zero Stars!!
