"Exceeding customer expectations..."

All my life I have heard of the phrase 'exceeding customer expectations' yet had never experienced it until I came in contact with Bree at NGRE. She, as the head of a young property management team, with her true professionalism, utmost dedication, extreme hard work and service before self attitude has redefined what great customer service is, and I can not but only wish that one day she grows to claim her rightful place as the number one property manager in the country! I am thrilled and looking forward to working with her and the agency for a long time to come...
