"Brilliant Service from a fantastic team of Experts"

Dear Brenton, Anthony, and team, Thank you so much for the amazing service you provided in selling our home we are over the moon! From day one, your word has been impeccable. The process was explained clearly and we felt very safe and comfortable with you from the start. Your transparency made it easy for us to see ahead of time, and in the end, we got the result we were looking for as youd promised. Who knew that selling a home could be so stress-free. Both gentlemen, Brenton and Anthony, as well as your dynamic team, were very professional and also made the house auction enjoyable we might have to look into further investments to prolong the enjoyment! As for Michael what an auctioneer! My daughter stayed downstairs to witness the auction and was blown away by his jovial approach. He worked his magic and kept his audience engaged and involved. It was a great success! Thanks again Brenton, Anthony, and Peter Parkes Real Estate we highly recommend you to all who read this without hesitation for providing a work ethic we wish to see extended across many other fields, though especially exceptional in real estate. Well done! The Andary Family.

"Excellent Knowledge and Outcome"

I chose Brenton to sell my house after checking out 3 other agents. I found him to be professional, credible and very knowledgable. His experience and negotiation skills resulted in an excellent outcome in a short period of time. Both Brenton and his assistant, Anthony, were always available to assist me or answer any questions, and made it easier in what could have been a stressful process. I have no reservations in recommending Brenton and Parkes Property

"Exceptional Service!"

This is the second time we have used Parkes Property to sell a home for us. On both occasions we found them thoroughly professional. Brenton Linmeiers was our agent this time and we were delighted with his level of service. He was always available for advice, had a great knowledge of the local market and achieved a remarkable result for us. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Brenton and Parkes Property to anyone selling in their area.

"The BEST!!!"

We had our house on the market with another agent previously, unsuccessfully. This agent was supposed to be "the best" but he certainly did not deliver and I was so discouraged that we were going to take it off the market. A friend then told me about Brenton, who sold her house, and everything was uphill from there. From the first time we met him we were reassured by how professional he was and how much he knew about the market and our home. He also had a honest and open nature about him which was quite unlike our other experience. Brenton was easy to talk to and always available, and very thorough and dedicated. He certainly worked very hard for us and In the end we got a great price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brenton to anyone!

"Satisfied customer"

Brenton has kept us informed throughout the campaign period, the attendance during inspection tours and prospective buyers' response. He has arranged all the necessary elements from arranging gardening, staging with furniture to marketing our property to prospective buyers. Overall, we are very happy with the campaign and the sales outcome. We would be happy to recommend Parkes Property to friends for both property rental or sales.

"Exceeded Our Expectations"

Prior to selecting Brenton Linmeiers from Parkes Property Group we met with all the major realestate agents in the Doncaster and Templestowe areas. Brenton Is an excellent communicator and more importantly managed us and kept our expectations in check during the sales campaign and we were ultimately rewarded with an exceptional result. We would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Brenton and Anthony Atharson from Parkes Property.

"Exceptional!"

There just aren't enough words to say how highly we value and appreciate what Brenton, Jason and the team from Parkes have been able to do for us. From start to finish, we have felt totally comfortable about the advice and service being delivered. It has also been wonderful to deal with a highly skilled team of honest, straight-talking, "dead-decent" people. Our journey started with Brenton arriving on time to give an honest and well-considered appraisal of the property. He was able to give a realistic figure for what the property would be likely to fetch and he gave us sound advice on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale. He was also happy to put us in touch with people who could help us to get everything ready. He provided an itemised list of all the recommended advertising and other costs associated with the sale and was very happy to discuss variations to the advertising schedule as well as options for commission fees. At all times, everything was completely transparent and was clearly explained. Once the property was on the market, Brenton provided us with detailed verbal feedback after each Open For Inspection and provided a comprehensive weekly written report. We had no concerns about security of the property during Open For Inspection. Brenton and Jason even provided shoe covers for people going through on wet days! 14 days after the start of the campaign, Brenton rang me to tell me that he had found people who wanted to purchase the property. He was then able to negotiate a price that made the buyers and the sellers very happy! Many thanks again to Brenton, Jason and the team from Parkes. We really can't recommend them highly enough ... and I'm not family, employee or being paid for this ... go and find out for yourselves and you too will happily like a review like this one! "Fantastic all round service and result"

Brenton is a total professional honest and hardworking. He was meticulous down to the smallest detail in the sale of our home. He helped arrange everything, like furniture placement and maintenance work to get our house looking great, with minimal effort on our part. He was also always available to answer any query and happy to have a chat. Selling our family home of 20 years was a much smoother process than I imagined and we were thrilled with our price, thanks to Brentons hard work. When it comes time to sell again, we will look no further!
