Brett Freeman and his team were professional and friendly. They were respectful and polite and calm. We have had difficulties with selling other homes and have used a variety of methods. Noel Jones tender process allowed us to simply select the highest offer without any messy to-ing and fro-ing or having to counter offer at all! They were open about the whole process and we know they dealt fairly with the buyers as well as with us. They turned a possible anxiety-causing situation into one that was easy and stress free.

Brett and his team at Noel Jones produced an excellent result in auctioning our house, the amount being substantially more than either they or other agents expected. We, as clients, were of the unusually critical variety and I have to say that Brett and his team handled our questions and concerns with unfailing courtesy, listened well and provided reasoned and detailed explanations. Not everyone wants or needs that; but it's good to know your agent is up to date with his professional development and able to adapt to all kinds of clients and buyers.
